  • Maris otter Malt 1kg
  • Chocolate malt 100g
  • Crystal medium 100g
  • Quick oats 100g
  • Lactose 150g
  • Cocoa powder 10g

Hop Schedule

  • 5g Willamette @ 30 minutes
  • 3g Willamette @ flameout

Method

  • Batch sparge with water 70C
  • Bring to boil and leave for 1 hour
