Going for a basic IPA but with some brown malt

Grain Bill

900g pilsner malt 100g aurora malt 100g brown malt 100g acid malt

Hop Schedule

  • 2g amarillo @ 60 minutes
  • 3g amarillo @ 30 minutes
  • 3g amarillo @ 10 minutes
  • 5g amarillo dry hop

Method

  • Batch sparge with water 70C
  • Bring to boil and leave for 1 hour
