Grain Bill

  • 900g maris otter
  • 200g acidulated malt
  • 150g uncooked rice

Hop Schedule

  • 1g Amarillo @ 50 minutes
  • 1g Amarillo @ 40 minutes
  • 1g Amarillo @ 30 minutes
  • 1g Amarillo @ 20 minutes
  • 1g Amarillo @ 10 minutes
  • 5g Amarillo dry hop

Method

  • Mash at 70C for 1 hour
  • Batch sparge with water 70-75C
  • Bring to boil and leave for 1 hour
