Going to make a standard pale ale using amarillo hops.

Grain Bill

  • 900g maris otter
  • Toffee malt 200g
  • Lactose 100g

Hop Schedule

  • 2g Amarillo @ 50 minutes
  • 2g Amarillo @ 40 minutes
  • 2g Amarillo @ 30 minutes
  • 2g Amarillo @ 20 minutes
  • 2g Amarillo @ 10 minutes
  • 10g Amarillo dry hop

Method

  • Mash at 70C for 1 hour
  • Batch sparge with water 70-75C
  • Bring to boil and leave for 1 hour
