A simple cider with some raspberries added for extra flavour. Also adding some dry hops to kick the aroma up.
- 4L apple juice
- 20g frozen raspberries
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 5g galaxy hops
- Mash at 70C for 1 hour
- Batch sparge with water 70-75C
- Bring to boil and leave for 1 hour
